Biography

Born in Glasgow, Scotland on 30 April 1892, former burlesque and vaudeville entertainer who played Hollywood character roles from the late 30's until his death 30 March 1950 in Hollywood, California. Father of Mickey Rooney (Joe Yule Jr.).
